With all of the threads for what you bought, built, or sold, I think it might be interesting to hear what some people passed up on while out shopping? Might help get an idea of what one doesn't like.

 

Note: Don't get crazy with this, obviously one could list every set at there local store, but that would defeat the purpose of this.  I'm hoping this might help with impulse buying, which I'm sure many of us have done from time to time...

This reminds me that Lego really needs to make an Airwolf set. What a beaut!

I am not going to buy anything from LEGO Shop at Home any time soon - they just raised the prices by approx. 10% in Switzerland over night.

Any other country affected?

All prices raised ? Also for older sets like Parisian Restaurant, Apollo Saturn V, Vacation Getaways, etc?

I just checked those and the Euro prices in the Dutch LEGO Shop at Home were not changed. Maybe a Swiss Franc price correction ?

We always have at least a 10% mark up anyway. No change to existing prices.

Yes, all, PR for example 179.- -> 199.- (could be a Swiss Franc adjustment, but then it is late by approx. 1 year...).

yeah.. in the CZE they have lowered the prices instead  .. some sets around 10 % less, most of the exlusives stayed unchanged

actually 12 exclusives are a bit cheaper now and I was expecting some other to be more close to EUR price (Disney, FHQ,  Mary)

That was really an easy buy.

I didn't buy any LEGO at all last month. Life things just kinda...happen...

My biggest order in well over a year was cancelled by Tesco as they had no stock. Therefore I did NOT buy 99x Sunshine Campers. Buying 2x CITY Bus Stations from Amazon was also cancelled. I'll not be ordering a third time.

Passed on all Star Wars today at Target. If it was a few years ago ide arm sweep them all. Times are different now and the game is changing.

Me too. Arrowhead was tempting though. 

I did get some duplo trains but that was it.

Was looking to pick up 100 units of Stephanie's house today but it was not at the desired price for me.  Hopefully I'll still have the opportunity to pull the trigger on these.

Didn't pick up 41615 Harry Potter & Hedwig at Target because everyone bought them out at $11.99 instead of waiting until the Brickheadz 30% off coupon hit Cartwheel, and buying them at $8.59. lol
