Our very good buddy Allen "Tormentalous" Tran has reported on his website that Eurobricks has leaked small bits of info on a restaraunt modular set for realease next year, on the surface it seems pretty lame but probably too early to tell.

Different scenario, because those sets were out for quite some time.  If the PR was going, which obviously is questionable, it would more than likely have a bigger spike (ala TH).  GE and FB gave ample time for the hordish investors to stock up.  PR isn't even on most people's radar at the moment...

It's much better for a set to burn out than slowly fade away so i'm not sure that's really something to celebrate.  While it gives you a chance to stock up on 50 of them, that just means there's more supply in the aftermarket because many others will be doing the same. I wouldn't want to have a stash of 50 pet shops or 50 palace cinemas right now either.. 

Regardless, more reasons why i'm skeptical on going deep on anything anymore...

At this point, I don't know how much more can be said about the builds/parts and display value of PS, PC or PR...so wild speculation is all we have left!

I think the last 2 I got from Target were 23R5. Not that that means much.

Received last week.

16R5 on mine from Amazon from 3 weeks ago.

All the PR's I've been receiving from Target lately are beat up boxes from mid 2015.

I bought and returned several of these from target.com (because of damage )... I don't think they have a copy in good condition
