This target is having some pretty good clearance prices by their standards. Museum break in 47.00, Police station 75.00, fire station 69.00. Boxes on the museum was ever so slightly crushed on one corner so I didn't pick any up, plus its new so there is plenty o time to pick some up. There were few SW wars sets marked down a little. If you are in the area its worth dropping in.

I cleaned this one out of some Friends sets and other non-LEGO things last weekend. I saw the prices that you mentioned, but felt like these will drop more, especially at that Target.
