Lego evaluations/grading in Orange County/LA Counties (California)

I have one of the Gold Chrome 1-10000 C3POs that were given away at Comic Con a few years back.  I need to have it evaluated and have its condition legally documented.  Does anyone know of a reliable appraiser for Legos in the Orange County/LA County area of Southern California?
