Not a specific video, but one of the brickfilmers with a special place in my heart is twickabrick. This guy has amazing animation even though I believe he only uses 15 fps. Camera quality isn't the greatest, but that just makes me respect him more. If you want a taste so to say of his animation prowess, I recommend the "taste of victory"
