I am a fan of the Architecture sets. I feel they for the most part are underrated. Will they ever produce high returns, not sure, they for the most part are fairly flat at this time, so I wouldn't go to high with the bidding. The signed boxes add a nice extra, but that doesn't always translate to a higher value. If you can get this lot close to where its at right now, I would say go for it.

I think that the white house will be a pretty good pick for the future but I'm not really sure about the towers. It really depends on what people will be interested in in the future and who knows if some brick buildings will gain popularity in 5 years. I wouldn't bid too high for the towers but try to get the white house for a reasonable price
