Just like the title asks, what LEGO set did you buy today?

I bought the 4184 POTC Black Pearl.

Couldn't resist one more. Still twitching from paying FULL price.

4x Elves $15 Pegasus sleighs (KY Walmart)

They were NOT marked at the discounted price. Glad that I found a working price scanner. Starlight Inn and Cinderella Castles were sold out completely. Shelves had been pretty much cleared of older stock... but lots of new items on the shelves (new Nexo-Knights and Batman Movie sets).

Yes. I've gotten very familiar with several of the staff. I made sure to wait until a friendlier person was working behind the counter.
The set is $29.99, so it didn't trigger the gwp in the comp, so they fixed the polybag price to $0.01.
Not everyone there will do that for me.

Found a lonely Raptor Rampage at Walmart for $25.

Not that I know of. Could be a coincidence but I saw this with only one other bidder on eBay and waited until the last 5 mins to place a bid on it. This was too good to pass up for a set retailing $350.

Had 60e of 'culture coupons' to spend so... I went to FNAC and bought 2x 31025 adding 5% of buyback points to my loyalty card. 

Very happy about this as my wallet fits my backpocket again now ?

Looking to double in 2 years time that money and save for a MF after it tanked due to re release of exact copy with 6 extra mfigs

So the silly beeping algorithm does not allow the letters G.A. to be used as an acronym without the periods (best I can find is that this acronym stands for a "happy" asian, which doesn't even sound remotely beepworthy to me), but the abbreviation MF has no issues? Waiting for the day I can write "Today I sold a MF and a couple of MF to a MF on EBay".

Small purchase - 4 x Lego star wars 2017 annual @€1.50 each. Figures in it average about €8 on bricklink at the moment

Used Emerald Night train. Came with box, instructions, stickers still on the sheet, and two boxes of train track ($15 price tags on each box) for $240.

Simple, you don't censor Samuel L. Jackson, the true MF, so says his wallet.

Yep, CL. 

He had a Haunted House and Taj Mahal sitting there as well. I unfortunately I missed the sealed Green Grocer he sold a few weeks ago before he knew what it was worth. 

Hit a few Walmarts. Of course App unreliable. Came away with only a Mystery Machine for $21.00 in great condition. Not much else left clearance except badly damaged boxes and questionable seals.

Found an Ariel's undersea palace at Walmart for $25.

Out for milk, came home with 2x Jestro's Evil Mobile for $35 each (against my better judgment) and an Skyra's Castle for$30.

Based on past findings in your area you could have probably left those and picked them up two years from now at 1/4 of the cost. 

It really does work! I used exciter's time today and here's my proof!


It's all I could buy because they didn't have chip readers back then and most of my money is dated 2011 and beyond.

I also picked up some elves for 50% off at both Walmart and target. Both places didn't have them marked. A few small Friends sets at 50% and a City Fire Boat at 50%.

Also stopped by a Lego store to get the free bat signal poly. Wish I had my kids with me to get more.
