December 26, 20168 yr Popped into my local TRU and saw a T-Rex Tracker. Had 2 £20 Lego gift cards which could be stacked and thus had a total buy in of £18. Some sales were going for £90 in the rush to Xmas, so pretty happy with that result

December 26, 20168 yr Buy today the last Sydney Opera house(10234) in LEGO Store with double VIP points ! ?
December 27, 20168 yr Target: 2x 10695 Creative Building Box for $16.xx ea, Left 3 that had the seals popped but looking back I should of grabbed them WM: 2x 75125-1: Resistance X-wing Fighter for $54 ea The rest of my Targets had some Ninjago and Nexo;s for 30% off and most WM had nothing to write home about.

TRU exclusive so many don't know it even exists.

December 27, 20168 yr Hi LJD1019, I would be open to trading some of the sets for the Snow Globe, Set#40223 if you had that.
December 27, 20168 yr Not much at the Targets around me but was able to grab these: 1 x 31050 (Corner Deli) for 30% off 2 x 70605 (Misfortunes Keep) for 50%off
December 27, 20168 yr Popular Post I went to Walmart this morning and found the 10697 on the top shelf, scanned at $19
December 27, 20168 yr Nothing interested me at 30% off at Target, but did find a lonesome Reindeer poly for $1.74
December 27, 20168 yr Along with another BPer, cleared out that stack of T-Rex's from a local Target @ $35 per. Nothing else interesting at Target. I'm waiting until we get above 40% off at WM.

December 27, 20168 yr My TGT had quite a bit of Elves at 30-50% off. I know nothing about that theme. 41180 Ragana's Castle was down to $49. Remaining Elves sets 41179 and 41175 were 30% off. 75828 Ghostbusters Movie Ecto was on shelf for $41. 75916 Dilophosaurus was 30% off. Call me crazy for leaving all of those behind, but I walked away with 4 Friends polybags at 50% off.
December 27, 20168 yr Picked up 2 x 75111 Darth Vaders with coupons @ Tesco for a total of £31.34. Thank You very much.
December 28, 20168 yr It's not today but I'm picking up the Tower bridge set from a seller in my area for $160 new sealed in box I'm debating if I should go for the quick profit of returning it to Walmart for a quick $80 gain to reinvest or hold onto it [emoji848]

First with cash in hand tends to win the item.Welcome, it was nice knowing you? December 28, 20168 yr And while you're at it, to maximize your illegal profit, replace content with trash from your garbage bin.....damn, you're something else. Edited December 28, 20168 yr by Lordoflego
December 28, 20168 yr How it that illegal or immoral? They purchased the item from Walmart and no longer had a want for the item, so they offered to me the set which I accepted at a price of $160. It isn't illegal or immoral because I talked to the customer service rep at my local Walmart and they said that was fine. The stipulation is that the money is placed onto a Walmart gift card. Walmart is still getting my business I'm just making a profit off of another person's time constraints. She doesn't want to deal with the busy lines at Walmart and that's her decision. So don't tell me I'm immoral for making a good business decision. I'm providing her with what she wants and Walmart with what it wants money. I'm just making a profit while doing it which acts as compensation for the time and gas I will have spent to make this deal. @redghostx@lordoflego
December 28, 20168 yr Am I reading this correctly? The seller bought it at Walmart? Yes she bought it at Walmart for they're son for Christmas and he changed his mind about wanting it. This person runs there own business so they don't have the time to wait in the long lines to return it post Christmas shopping. So she agreed to my offer of $160 knowing her purchase price. It's no different buying from her at a low price and selling it to another consumer than it is to return it to the store she originally purchased it at.

December 28, 20168 yr Oh, it's different if you have a receipt because I'm sure that person had one to give to you Yeah I have to meet her at her business because she is so busy. I just can't decide if this is a keep or sell set because I'm a new lego investor with only $120 in sealed sets. My income is limited so dropping $160 on a set is a lot to me especially if it has slow returns due to it being available for 5 years. If I return it and make an $80 profit I can then take that money to reinvest or pad myself for the hit.I love the set and would keep it for myself but I just bought the USC slave one for my personal collection for $150 new in box but I couldn't help myself and busted it out as an early Christmas present
