Just like the title asks, what LEGO set did you buy today?

I bought the 4184 POTC Black Pearl.

Those sets make your money now. Wolverine and storm are $10 minifigures, and the sentinal sells for $10+ all day long. That pays for the set a date you still have magneto, the jet and cyclops. Quicksilver + Hulk nearly.pays for the Hydra smash set. Prices will drop short term, but have to look at sets for the minifigures too.

Bought some x-men, Hydras, and Milanos for free airjitzus

Just bought a Helicarrier for $309 shipped off eBay. Used the special $15 off $75 coupon that they offered for a few hours today. Surprisingly, my wife gave me a green light to buy one a while back and I've been looking for a deal. Was going to buy it from LEGO Shop at Home with double VIP but this was a better deal. This will be for building. 

I don't know what monster I might have created when I gave my wife her first Lego set for Christmas a few months ago (Dr. Who). She built it and loved it and now she's giving me the green light to buy big sets. I'm still in shock.

Took my son to visit our local legoland today, walked into the star wars shop and to my disbelief they had 2 x Red5 and 2 x DS sitting in their stock room!!!! Couldn't believe it!! Needless to say, they aren't sitting in there anymore!!!

Made my second double points order from Lego. x1 Ferris Wheel, x2 Birthday Table Decorations, x2 Wedding Favors.

Used the EBay 8% bucks promotion to finally get myself a copy of 21301 Birds before they completely dry up at retail.

Just ordered two Lego Dimensions Dr Who Cyberman for less than $12 from Target. It's listed at $7.59 and there's a BOGO 50% promo running right now. Not a bad price for army building.

I have just picked up a used already built 10225 r2d2 with instructions and have got to say it is possibly the coolest set I have touched, It just looks sweet as, sat in my office,he is awesome.

Actually found a Silver Centurion today.

Technic 42008 Service Truck from TRU.  I was out of my normal area so I bought today and may have to go to the local TRU and do a price adjustment for THRU sales. 

Got my angry birds from Kmart today.. Then saw 3 swamp sets for $4 a pop to part out.. and one Lego movie ice cream set for $14..... 

Oh and the 2 rhino sandmans for $17...

I called in to my Local GameStop. They said they still had the give away SC. So I went in and offered to buy it, denied. I had to buy s dimension. Offered to buy a $15 gift card, denied. Only dimension. Asked if I bought multiple dimension, could I get multiple SC, denied. It was "the last one". So I bought the Harley and Joker for 14.99 and hit the last one.

Good news is that o called another store and they said they still had them in stock.

Picked up the last 31019 Forest Animals at my local TRU for $11.99. Will go in the "to be gifts" pile.
