There were 8 sets two days ago...yesterdag evening 7 and this morning 3 so I couldn't wait any longer

Uncool price the way this set is being hoarded.Very much doubt it will be as popular as Fallingwater, FLW or not.

From what content I can find here, there were not too many people posting about buying this one - even THOUGH there was evidence for EOL even before Black Friday. No sign for hoarding imo, even more so since Imperial Hotel was reduced in the US and was going to be on sale in the EU. If this one had been bought in masses before, there would have been no need to reduce the price. Btw latest seal code I know of is from week 16. Seems like there were not even produced that many, so no over-hoarding possible.

Mine is also from week 16, purchased last week. 

It seems like it's a relatively rare set within the architecture theme. 

This is TRU- I'm passing on trying to flip anything with 48 hrs.

I recommend it.  The kids were definitely wore out after a couple days.  Plenty to do at the lodge as well and the water park is great.

I would pick up the ISDs for 114 without hesitation.

You should be able to price match it at the register. That way you won't have to deal with stickers. 

Bought one more tumbler at Lego shop in UK. Last one they had on shelves. Got another gingerbread house as an added bonus. Also found a UN HQ and to top things off bought a PS, my first.

Maybe sometimes xD.I've heard about Metro but for me it was more Important to invest in 3 Tumbler for almosz RP + 1x 42025 for 80€. And today I've bought 1x arctic Base for 49€ and one pirate Ship for 79. It was very good deal I would say. I'm not quite sure for next Tumbler. I have the possibility to buy one more for RP. Would be a good decision after 3?
