Yesterday... it was about 10 PM and I had nothing to show for Prime Day.  I felt I couldn't let Amzn "give" me $20 (to spend $100) and not take it.  I have enough Ecto-1's... Thought about a Shuttle Tydirium, but couldn't find anything cheap I wanted to pair with it. Almost got my first Winter Village Mkt... but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.  I may be missing out on an important piece of the Winter Village scene... maybe a great investment opportunity... probably gonna hate myself for it one day, but I'm just not sold on this set. In the end I got a Parisian Restaurant.  Took the $20 + the $10 gift card promo to make it $129.95 (plus tax).

Usually they're unsold for a reason, crap like the Lone Ranger and Alien Conquest which no one wants, but sometimes you get lucky and find something that's already worth double what the shop is selling it for.

I got a sealed 10217 Diagon Alley off CL for $140. Looking forward to building it with the family.

I picked up a couple of LEGO Star Wars 75055 Imperial Star Destroyer and Stormtrooper battle packs.

May stop in a pick up a couple of the LEGO 10248 Ferrari F-40 set but still not sure.

 

picked up a pair of Farnsworth (21009) for RRP, one to build one to hold.  small shop in the mall near TRU has lots of old stuff, most of it not particularly interesting, but there are occasionally good finds.

Also grabbed an ISD at TRU for $88 before points, and a couple trooper packs with $15 in surprise points at Kmart ($5 on one and $10 on the other).

I picked up a couple combos today using TRUTh discount and $$ off coupons:

These came in around 34% off MSRP.  I didn't try to push it with any discounted gift cards.  I'll go back with those tomorrow.  

 

 

Another 60062 Arctic Icebreaker for $49.84 after tax. Used 25% cc coupon, $45 worth of rewards coupons, and 10% TRUTH. 5.5% sales tax. The cashier had to do a double take when she saw the total...lol.

For your collection, maybe. To resell, well there ain't much meat left on the bone for yah! Having them all together like that, the boxart is "darker" suiting the dark knight theme. Even when built the dominant colors for everything is black and dark grey. Nice!

All Batman sets are COMPLETE in box. None are sealed. But I did pick up 3x Batman/scarecrow 7786 sealed for $600 off the internet. =)

I'll hold all until the next batman movie release.
