Just bought my last (2) 42009 to finish off my preferred acquisition total.

Not the best average price point but not bad either.  151.97/set acquired.

My opinion: it is slated to vanish this fall and is showing signs of diminishing stock at some retailers.

It may take a while to clear this set out at 180+ price point.  Hopes that Lego will discount it before fall arrives to help the EOL process move along.

Amazon UK has been my go to source...I missed the Mejier Technic bonanza last summer.

Stopped by TRU and they stocked a few MTT.  Carried one up to the counter and asked if they were honoring digital coupons yet?  I mentioned the stores appear to be all over the place with the policy.  She said no, no pictures either, only existing ones on their website.  I showed her the 25/20 bar code, she frowned, said no, reached into her pocket and gave me a legit mailed version.  Rang me up, scanned it, and then gave it back to me.  $58.96 after 13% gift card.

Is there some concern about the MTT leaving us early?  I know it was discounted during the May 4th sale, but it's back to MSRP on Shop at Home and it's only been out for 10 months.

I really like this set, and think it has very good holiday flipping potential. i have still only seen this at TRU. No other retailer in my area has had it. Has anyone else noticed this as well?

Picked up a Lonely Mountain for around $85 after TRUTH 10%, 25% coupon and 12% GC. Also picked up Black Manta Deep Sea Attack for $27 after the same. Both are for parting out because I want Smaug and Black Manta only.

Found a hidden Arctic Base Camp for $60... Seems like these are just about extinct in this area! Lol

Pages of absolute reseller crap. Mountains of crap. Dump lots of crap. Selling NIB stuff that just released and isn't sold out. CL in my area is a cesspool of bad resellers. I am happy I was buying bulk before this happened.

There should be an olympic competition for worst craigslist areas.  I am not trying to brag but my region of charlotte could easily get silver or bronze.  It seems no box and no figures and 95 percent complete raises the value around here:)
