This sounds like back in the day when I bought toys at Western Auto.

Bought 31036 Toy and Grocery Shop.  I've been wanting this, just didn't want to pay retail.  Found it on AWD today for $31.  Happy with that price.  I wouldn't be surprised if we see this go on sale at some point.  But for a personal build, I'm happy with the price.

I also grabbed a Frozen set from Canadian Tire. This is the first set I bought that has the mini dolls and I hope they do well coz I've got no interest in building it if it tanks lol.

I also got myself a Darth Vader flashlight keychain.

Portugal actually. Toysrus here is managed by some entity (franchise?) that manages both Portuguese and Spanish stores but since there aren't many Iberians here (from what I've seen we are probably a grand total of 2 ), I didn't mention the promo.

Bought a month ago, but received my used FB today! Came fully assembled (did not want to chance lost pieces) and my kid immediately jumped in and started playing with it. Hey man, that's not a toy!! :)

Scored another 40120 valentine's dinner at Ross. Box was mangled and open, but went for it anyway. Complete with three sealed bags, plate, and instructions. I think this set was bound to meet the same fate as a duplo there...built complete and left on shelf...I guess the kid was pulled away before that happened!

Picked up a couple of camper vans at Target for $6.98. The inventory tracker had them at $5.98, but I'm not complaining for a dollar more .

I picked up a 10225 r2d2 for 24.99 plus shipping on ebay.  Its from a large seller 1954 100% positive feedback so its probably mispriced.  lets see if they honor it.

An incomplete 10233 for $90. I don't see any people but the reason I bought it is that it includes a rechargeable battery, an adapter, IR receiver, controller, motor, and lights for the engine. Everything works and that covers beyond what I paid for it and I needed some more motorized parts for other trains.

<--seriously jealous since Id like to complete the CMF line. The oldest one I have is a single one from series 7. I need everything preceding this.

Yup! I was pretty excited when I found the store, and that's my second batch of CMF from them. I had cleaned them out of the more expensive minis in a previous buy, including 17 gorilla suit guys, 7 of which I sold for $25 ea! And I got a couple other sealed cases, including

I'm still undecided if I want to make a collection of each series since I don't have any yet. Decisions decisions.
