Got a grand Emporium that's new open seals but in bags never been put together for 150 off craigslist

Went to mall on other side of town to hit up Foot Locker and happened upon a toy store I didn't even know existed.  Found 3 Willis Towers for $20 each which I'm assuming was retail.  I knew these were goners so I grabbed them even though Architecture sets are not my forte.  Store seemed to be going out of business but was not putting Lego on sale. 

A lone 2014 SW advent at target for $37. C6-7 box condition but sealed.

2 ToO and 1 Pet Shop.  Also picked up 2 DC's for 39 at meijer this weekend and a Lonely Mountain for 77 or so (don't remember the exact price).

3 Cargo Terminal's arrived today from AMZ UK.  1 box with a crease but nothing significant.  Got to these late but managed to shell out only $80 a piece!

Massive inventory continues to build... it's just so difficult to let some of these sets go.  I must compel myself to sell more now!!  There isn't enough room in this house for a family anymore.

You might want to leave your number in case they indeed are going out of business. Maybe they will cut you a deal if they have to liquidate. On another note...Foot Locker still exists? I don't think I've been in one since the early nineties.

Foot lockers can be found in pretty much every suburban shopping mall in America.....I prefer foot action though.

I hadn't stepped in one in years either.  Problem is, they are the only local store that carry Adidas Superstars anymore.  They didn't have the online price on those nor did they carry the cleats I needed for my son, so they got nothing from me.

 

The toy store said it was going out of business, but would not mark down Lego, Nerf, and some other stuff.  Basically anything worth a damn.  He also had a stack of Silver Mines, but those got left behind.  Probably would've left 'em at 50% off.

While I wouldn't doubt that to be true, he said Lego wasn't on sale "because it doesn't need to be on sale to sell", or something similar to that.  I agreed and walked out with my Towers.

They don't let many get past Warehouse Deals anymore, probably 3 total sets in the last 2 months.  Used to be a SSD, TB , or DS every week.  All good things come to an end though as companies try to max out profits.
