Just like the title asks, what LEGO set did you buy today?

I bought the 4184 POTC Black Pearl.

Another grand emporium from TRU. I stacked the current 20% coupon with the Thursday 10% credit promo to get their ridiculously high retail price of $190 down to $143.63 after tax. Equates to 9% off of normal retail. I'll take that any day on this set. Brings me up to seven. Would like to eventually get ten before it says goodbye.

It was a "regular priced" item, so the cashier didn't question it. I thought that's what the coupon was for. Anything not on sale or a "hot price". She scanned the coupon from my phone and even mentioned that i "got a great deal". I wonder if she was aware that their normal retail on this set is $40 more than anywhere else...lol.

I scored a 100% complete used general grevious chase (7255) with a mint condition box and Manual for $17.86 shipped on eBay :D

4 Boxes of Mixels series 1 for $104 each.

Used 4x ebay bucks + $5 mobile ebay coupon to get a Tower Bridge down to $209. 

 

They had to look into it, but they allowed me to stack both promotions.

I thought finding a Lego Friends Christmas Advent Calendar for $10 today was a good pickup.

 

...but can I interest you in a seemingly complete 10184 Town Plan for $10? No box or instructions, a bit dusty, stickers on the cinema are cracking a bit, but for the price not going to complain. I guess this is why I check CL a couple times a day, haha. Oh, also included 4996 Beach House, and a couple of custom creations. My son was with me and he was ecstatic, so we'll be keeping this one for our Lego town for sure.

 

The people were moving, and they also gave us a kid's lifejacket that fit my son for free that was only used a couple of times, haha.

Bought  (1) 9493 x-wing, (1) 9492 Tie Fighter, (1) K'nex Super Coaster and one big blue box of K'nex from a guy off CL for $30.....was only going to buy the two lego sets for $20 but he said he had the other stuff....so I bought it all.....all need to be washed due to all the dust from sitting on his shelf for so long.....

That is what I always hate when buying used lego. Washing and cleaning. Smells. Bricks with teeth marks. Yuk!
