Picked up 5 case fresh Zombies sets today (Australia) under Aussie RRP. There were 6 (Three in a box) but the employee cut open the Lego shipping box with a blade and sliced into one box (OUCH). So I left that on the shelves for some other person.

2011 Lego Duck................

Nice! I like that once but prices have gone bonkers for this small set. I put my money towards an Ole Kirk House instead.

3 x Jabba's Palace 4 x Endor Battlepack Battlepacks are solely for me to open. Can't have everything towards the investment pile :D

Added more to my Harry Potter stash 2x 4865 Forbidden Forest 1x 4866 Knight Bus 1x 4737 Quidditch Match All retail at Barnes & Noble

Ordered four Sopwith Camels last week from Sears.ca from their website. $5.94 each!!! See attached picture! The old ones! http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/set.cfm?set=3451-1 Figured it was to good to be true... It was! What shipped was four Snowtrooper Battlepacks instead! http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/set.cfm?set=8084-1 $5.94 each plus shipping... $25 and change total. They retailed up here in Canuckistan for $14.99 each. I'm ok with that.

From Shopko and Kmart today. All 25-67% off.

How do you people do this, I feel like I am outside the US or something, I went to 5 stores today and not a SINGLE set was marked down.

You went to 5 Shopko stores? The one I went to had a sign with BOGO 50% all Lego with the clearance items being the only exception. A couple things didn't ring up BOGO but I took the sign to the register to show them and they marked those down. There was a lot more I could have gotten but I tried to not buy everything :)

I do feel bummed that I had to leave a Ninjago Temple of Light (70505) behind because there was nothing of the same price to pair it with for the 50% off. It would have been a great deal if I could have found something. I'm gonna try another one tomorrow. I will let you know my findings.

I never see deals like the some of the ones people say they find......ever.

Got 8 Ghost Trains for 30 bucks each

One batcave for 35 bucks

2 vampyre castles for 60 bucks each

All at walmart!

Went to one of my local Walmarts the other day and they actually had clearance aisle, hadn't seen that before. Anyway, they had some Ghost Trains and Epic Dragon Battles there with no price tags. So I started to get excited that I hit some sort of jackpot, took them over to a scanner and..................................................retail price. F$*K You Walmart.

My local Shopkos only have deals like Uruk Hai Army sets for the bargain price of $40. Seriously, they have some decent clearance around here, but they are all really picked over and really haven't replaced any stock from Christmas yet. I missed the boat from then because they had some very nice prices at that point.

Huskers, usually if they are in that aisle you can talk the manager down considerably!

I'm sure they would, but that would require me to deal with a Walmart employee and honestly that is something that I try to avoid at all costs.

Star Wars 75004 Z-95 Headhunter. Ahhhh memories of Tie Fighter for PC. These ships were just fodder but I had to have it to keep up on my starfighter collection. Anyone interested in the minifigures to buy send me a message I'm just in it for the ship!
