Used discounted target gc, magic and red card discount to get ebay gc for roughly 23% off over the weekend. used those ebay gc combined with 3x ebay bucks to get the cases for roughly $169 each. No bad, just wish they were be delivered before 10-5-15.

Swamp police starter set for $150.

sort of.  I was on vacation at an indoor water park.  The deal we bought included $50 of arcade credit per night we stayed.  I originally just thought I'd sell the credits for a discount price and pocket some cash, but then I found a ticket dispensing game that got me hooked.  So $150 in credit and 4200 tickets or so later, I had enough to redeem for the swamp police starter set.  The set was 3000 tickets, and I gave the rest away to a family I saw picking through the cheap candy prizes.  If I collected 40000 tickets I could have had the Simpsons House.

Picked up a 70165 ultra agents mission hq for %65 off. It was on clearance from target but the box is pretty beat up.

heh.  Nothing great, but it triggered the right endorphins in my brain that kept me playing   it was a spongebob themed coin pusher type game, like the casino games where you drop a quarter in and try to push all of the coins off the ledge.  This one had collectible spongebob cards that could be pushed off too and I got all caught up in trying to get all 9 cards in the set.  I only got 8 of them though.  Stopped short of spending my own money, so I'm proud of myself for that and not letting my temporary addiction take over

My local TRU must of found 2 cases. They had 2 in mint boxes and 2 crushed boxes. I took the mint ones.

They also had a few of The Mine set. But the American's got them for dirt cheap, I stand no chance at MSRP.

35 lbs of Lego bulk for $225 from Goodwill.  Bonus points if you can tell me why, based on this photo, I was so anxious to get this lot.  (California 92563 is ineligible to give a reason).
