I don't understand why people will pay $60-$70+ for 200 gray cylinder pieces but it makes for a nice profit.

I would say because of its history, it's an amazing piece of architecture and it's the worlds tallest building

you're lucky.   I would get the rest of the 40086 that you can. The valentine duo of 40085/40120 did very well and Easter is a lot bigger then Valentines

 

The bunny is hard to get now.  Few places have it left.  I passed on a bunch at Downtown Disney LEGO a few months back and have regretted it since.  

 

Be a $36-40 combo easily in a few weeks.
