I snagged a used, complete with instructions (no box) 10189 Taj Mahal off ebay a few days ago for $600 - 10% ebay bucks = $540.  It arrived today.  Super stoked!  I have nowhere to actually display it, so I will probably just build & then flip for profit.

I wasn't impressed with the Speed Champions, but saw them today and was really wow'd.  I really like this!  I decided I *needed* these for my desk at work.

Stopped by LEGO store as well and picked up a damaged ToO, Maersk, and 2 exos.

Didn't know anything about the Speed Line.  Impressive!  Broke down and bought the 2 last TRU mines today with the B1G1 40.  My local TRU had the Elves line out among some other stuff.

just depends on what kind / size of store it is if they are out or not.  For exclusives you usually need to ask if they have any as they do not keep those out.  Normal sets will be on a sales table if its one of the outlet stores (they dropped the outlet label  with them now but any that were in the Mills outlet malls usually were them).   New stores in higher end malls usually don't have the sales table out as its an image issue.   The points for exclusives are decided on the retail of set.  General guideline is 100-250 is 500 pts and over 250 is 1000 pts.

I just bought set Ktr04-1 large classic trein kit for 150 euro and sold my 4 spare sets 810-2 (european town plan) 6399( Airport Shuttle ) 6990 (Monorail Transport System) 6991 (Monorail Transport Base) for 2000 euro.
