I did buy the old casstle set 375 in box almost new for 20 euro's and today i did receive it.

Now i can sell my old 375 set were the stickers are not excellent anymore.

 

138 sets to go and then i have every set from 1956 til 1996 (1/87 knight/castle, space, miniland, town and trains) complete.

Most of the sets i dont have the boxxes becouse most of them are to expencive for me + i dont have room fro that also

Unmarked clearance. I just scanned it because it Stolzjl77 found one for $99 at his Target.

Gulp.  I finally did it.  I've avoided them forever.  God help me.  I ordered my first one, since it showed on Amazon Prime at MSRP, and I've hit my quota of my desired sets (modulars, mainly).   I will probably regret this, but I'm the proud owner of one NIB 10188.  Long live the Death Star!

That seems to be Target's MO, when they receive a return for something that they sell online, and don't have a shelf spot for it instore.  They heavily discount it.  A couple days after Christmas, I snagged a Red 5 for $140 that way.

Ouch I'm sorry. Every time I've found online returns at Target they have the sticker on them.

Don't beat yourself up too bad, they may have been marked down to $399 when they were the low price of $569 or whatever "special" price online they like to use.

just got hold of a Ninjago Fire Temple 2507 set from a department store with lots of shelf wear today. Not sure how come it was still on there after such a long time!!!

Picked up an X-men Sentinel set at Target--$42 for my own collection. Tons of the Steamroller @ $35 and I couldn't do it. That one is for the rest of you.

Saw a 2nd box of Series 12 minifigs at my TRU (there had only been one there on the shelf before). They looked pretty well manhandled so I figured they were probably returns and I wouldn't find anything good, but I went through them and found 2 Spooky Girls. $2.98 each. (I'm thinking about bundling them with my HH's when I sell someday).
