Lol. How does someone who can't spell "Lego" end up with three of these to sell on eBay?

Their highest price eBay sale was $30 for 5 minifigs, and their 2nd highest was $5.50 for a vader. I'd say if you feel like a gamble, offer $900 for all 3 and evaluate their counter offer. Only $10 for shipping :)

Yeah, does seem like a risk. The shipping doesn't make sense, I guess they didn't actually get it weighed and calculated.

Off-topic but somewhat relevant, at the Lego store in downtown Disney yesterday an older store employee caught me eyeing one of these and offered to pull one out of the back they had with a severely damaged box for 10% off. I jokingly told him they would have to do better than 10% but he said they couldn't. I got a good laugh because he told me the SSD would "never retire" just like the Death Star because its a flagship set and serves as a display piece. He asked why I laughed and I told him about this forum and how everyone argues back and forth about whether Lego employees ever know what they are talking about as far as set retirement.

I can imagine some goofball Lego employee saying the same thing about 10179 back in the day. Now THAT is a flagship set.
