Tough to say where this one will go.  The previous atat from 2014 peaked out around 400+ on Amazon before this rehash came into being.  I doubt that set will ever return to that price, nor this one.

I've been seeing 60301 Wildlife Rescue Off-Roader at two of my local Kohl's stores these past two days; that set retired last year.

The Haunted House went to sold out status on LEGO.  Personally, I like this one as an investment.

Thanks, just grabbed 3 more from Amazon. Was stocking up on these at the $6.99 price from various sources. 

World Map although not marked retired is really doing well out of the gait especially if you got the $150 buy in price.

When I looked last week a few places like BB had it but at the $211 - $250 price range and was not buying it at that price.

Seems to be gone form just about everywhere now. Only place I can find at rrp is legoland NY & they charge $25 for shipping.

How quickly things change.  I received my $150 Police Station from Amazon yesterday, still in the LEGO shipper box.

Personally, I like the police station the best out of all three Modular’s that are retiring.  It’s only had a 3 year run, and the other Modular’s that were out that amount of time are all at 3x or higher.

It will probably go like brick bank and be around 500 bucks new in box in another 2 years.  I think the stock on this one has sailed, which is good.

Does anyone remember Amazon playing the market pricing game this explicitly in the past?  It seems like they're riding the price up now that supply has started to dry up, rather than just sitting still at MSRP.
