I have 2 mazes ordered at Amazon 10 days ago that would be sent out soon when back in stock. Given the recent sold out at SAH does this means it's no longer likely I'll ever receive them?

Well you'll never know - I ordered around the same time, mine got shipped after a few days (seal code in the 20ies). So they might actually fine some more in their warehouse. Or they get cancellations and returns.

I dsagree with your disagreement. On what planet is a set that has been out for 3 years, marked as retiring soon  and heavily discounted going to have the level of scarcity to take it to 3.5 times RRP in 2 years and in the current market? You´d need 5000  Mars Rovers to find someone going to pay that.

I know... let's get one of the admins to set up a game for us to predict it's highest SOLD price on eBay on 27NOV17. I'll say £329.99 plus P&P.

This is why I sold all my Tower Bridges (old 2012 boxes) at break-even as I can buy again later on at a bigger discount when there's a hint of EOL.

600 at least - I know that Taj Mahal days are over, but Taj Mahal is not valuated at 600 but at 2500 Euro... (3 years after retirment...)

I don't think so as it's a huge seller and I'm not taking the bait just yet. I can always jump on John Lewis if/when the time comes as they ofter price-match LEGO Shop at Home asap. It has to be Sold Out before I buy any more but, I just have to act quickly. I hate stockpiling big boxes!
