I hope I have time to buy this set but I'm just wondering when it will go EOL? The last time I saw it wasn't too long ago at my Target and they were all stocked up on it.

This set sold out on LEGO Shop at Home just a coupel days ago, and target sold out this morning (i bought some last night online) Everywhere im looking online is selling these for $50+

 

Right now your only option would be to go to your nearest target might find a handful that way.

Luckily I got 4. But I will probably regret not getting more.

I will head out now to get a couple more at the local LEGO store. I am actually thinking about getting 4 instead of 2...

Picked up two more this morning at a discount. I'm going to a different part of town later today for something else, and will probably hit a Target there just to see if they actually have any (regardless of what their website says).

I picked up the last 3 at Target. Seems I'm done with 12 sets at a cost avg of $35 each.

Orc Forge Sold out status at LEGO Shop at Home could that be the end anyone have any thoughts?

I was able to pick up 5 more today at two separate targets in the Dallas area...So whats the consensus on this set? What could it be going for by Christmas?

Target.com has a limited # of Orc Forges available. I was just allowed to place an order for 1.

Finally Sold out....my orc orders backordered, thay say, may be I placed last ones before they sold out...lets see.

Well...time to go to target.

Cleared out one of the Targets by me. The other one did not have any in stock. Making one more run tomorrow and after that I'll be closing the book on this set.

HD is still listed in the EU catalogs alongside the new ones. So it is likely to be around for a while yet. :D

I never had dirty feelings about paying $39.99 for this set. It's been selling for $55-$65 constantly for the life of the set.

B wing has gone in the UK. The lego stores were selling them off at 30% below RRP

Maybe it'll be around, but I'm pretty sure the consensus is that they stopped making them in June.

 

I saw most of my Walmarts (roughly 10 near me) get another fresh haul of first wave LOTR stuff (hopefully the last one) and HD was -not- among them.

just got last HD for 89.00 in local Walmart... ...and no first wave of LOTR in many of WM stores anymore. Time to go to visit Targets...
