January 18, 201213 yr Although not a real favorite among the Lego Star Wars AFOLs, the 10215 Obi-Wan Jedi Starfighter is on sale at Lego.com for $59.99. A good deal for a Ultimate Collectors Series set that will probably be discontinued soon if it is being discounted so heavily by Lego. Normal MSRP was $99.99 and this is a set I paid $100 for months ago. Here's the link: http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Obi-Wan-s-Jedi-Starfighter-10215

July 9, 201213 yr LEGO UK site discounted this set by 50% recently - the EOL is nigh! It was definately my time to buy, especially with free postage and a free small Sopwith Camel. LOL. Today, the shipping date on further orders has already been pushed back. Having a quick check on the UK ebay site, I note that plenty of people are already trying to sell the 10215 for above its original price, probably a few months premature, but it will be interesting to watch. And if you haven't already got one, then find one. Likewise, set 10212 will prove to be a winner. It's a stunning model, and I need to pick up a couple more...
July 27, 201213 yr I just bought set 10215. Is it a good investment? I ask this because it has no minifigs, if it wasn't over the fact that I got a good deal over here I wouldn't have bought it.
July 27, 201213 yr Author What did you pay?Yes, that's what I want to know. It looks like the set is starting to appreciate from its deep discounting, so at the right price, it could be a real gainer for you.
July 27, 201213 yr What did you pay? I paid 79 Euro, on the Lego store is priced at... Actually, it's missing from the Spain and US Lego Store, so maybe it was a good deal after all.
July 27, 201213 yr I think that is around retail. If so, doesn't look like a great deal. I bought one for $50 awhile ago. I do like the set and it displays well.

I really like the set. Very underrated. Displays well as Stackables said. I think it will be one of those sets like the 10026 UCS Naboo Starfighter that is not appreciated early by collectors, then one day......WHAMMO, people love it.
July 27, 201213 yr Yeah, I hope it grows in value over time. Right now I'm going to put on eBay 2 Venator 8039 that I found over here at retail price :')! I'm a menace to Lego stores in Spain hahahahaha!
February 27, 201312 yr How do you feel about this? its been on a steady increase for the last 3 months. i hoarded these when i got them at 70 a peice whatcha thing itll do
February 27, 201312 yr I never cared for these when they came out, I guess because it seemed like an odd choice, and I recall Lego.com having a fire sale on them --- but at a discount purchase, I'm sure you can make some money on them.
February 27, 201312 yr I always thought this was a very strange choice for a UCS set......anyone else feel this way??
February 27, 201312 yr I always thought this was a very strange choice for a UCS set......anyone else feel this way?? Didn't even know it was a UCS set till you mentioned it
February 27, 201312 yr That is a good question and not sure how to explain other than they just are........the surefire wat to tell is that all UCS sets come with plaques that have the fictional details on it.
February 27, 201312 yr I think this is never going to be a big gainer, but UCS collectors/fans are probably going to want one for their collection. For those that were around for the firesale, obviously they aren't going to be buying on the secondary market, but for recent AFOLs and SW fans, this is likely the cheapest entry into UCS sets and a nice starting point. I got a couple for under $50 and hope that, with patience, this set will hit the $150s or more.
February 27, 201312 yr Didn't even know it was a UCS set till you mentioned it +1 I disliek it overall... X wing and Y wing win it for me
April 20, 201312 yr I think this set has flown under the radar of most investors making it more rare. I wouldn't be surprised if this set doubled or even tripled in value over the next two years. The red and lime green color palette looks great in my opinion.
April 20, 201312 yr I've got one sitting in the cupboard I completely forgot about with a dinged up box.
October 20, 201411 yr This set performs not very good in europe - do u think it will increase the next 2 years or should i sell it now?
October 20, 201411 yr Quite easy: Do you need the money? - sell! ... You don't need the money and can wait until at least the new SW movie is released? - keep it!
