The Clark Kent minifig is given away with the Lego Batman Movie - DC Superheroes Unite. Current price is $14.51. 3 sets for $29.02 before freight wherever you are, average of $9.67
The minifig itself is selling on Bricklink for no less than $16. And you get a dvd.
