    Welcome russellw.  My advice is to look/filter on forums for this topic as there are lots...read people's opinions, see current stats on the sets you're interested in and buy themes you like youself incase if you can't sell it for profit down the road.  There's lots of good reading :)  Have fun.

    If you are UK based maybe check out some opportunities for buying some sets from the US that you can sell immediately in the UK for a profit, even a small one.  Rinse and repeat to build up your funds.
