POTENTIAL PURCHASE: 4501 - Mos Eisley Cantina

All - I found a local sale for a lot of 5 boxed SW sets...including 4501 - Mos Eisley Cantina. The pic shows the 5 boxed sets and they look fine. I emailed the seller asking if they are sealed or not. The asking price for everything is only $150! 5N55K75H33G13J43Ncc7513dd5027b6a31810.jp Am I going crazy here, or is $150 a steal for these even if the 4501 is opened? The other sets include: 8017, 6207, 8096, and 8086 (and a loose/complete 6836) I'm obviously hoping they're sealed, and I normally don't collect "used", but I might just do it at this price regardless. Thoughts?
