I contacted them via chat as well.  They were out of stock when I contacted them.  Was the 7938 back in stock when you had the chat?

Yep, OOS. I told them I wanted them to order from a third party vendor, but they said they couldn't do that. Maybe it has to do with purchase history. I am about $2k for the year. Have you ordered more?

I haven't ordered more than that from Amazon.co.uk.  I just kind of went at it like, "I received these items damaged.  These are collectibles and I expect the package to be in new condition when delivered.  The shipping box was heavily damaged and the items inside are also damaged.  What should I do to initiate a return/refund?".  He proceeded to look it up and it was OOS.  He said I could return it.  I told him I preferred to not ship these items back to the UK.  He said he could also look into a refund.  I asked him to see what he could do.  He came back with a 20% refund.

If it goes down again I will be hoarding.

I hope it stays up.

As I have already spent this and next month's Lego budget because the Lego Store had an EOL 30% off sale.  :santa:
