A guy on Eurobricks just posted that he is willing to sell a used cafe corner and is willing to negotiate the price. He has taken the model apart and put it in baggies and has sealed the box with the instructions and no missing pieces. He will ship to the U.S. and Canada, so if you're looking to get a good deal on a used set that goes for over $600 when used here's your chance.

The only question I have with this though is will the value continue to rise or is this the peak since the set has lost value the last 2 months with last month being a 2.5% drop

That's the big question. Every LEGO set has a ceiling. Some older and more expensive sets are starting to hit that ceiling, yet a lot of newer sets that have been retired recently are still chugging along nicely. Even some older sets that were ignored in the past have made nice gains. I don't know where the market is heading for the Cafe Corner, what I do know is used prices are still heading north, so keep that in mind.
