Looks like it's been available in the UK starting this past Sunday according to Brickset. I'm sure it's coming to the US soon. That flight across the Atlantic takes a while...

I just thought it was weird. The Lego Store near me had a coast guard display but the plane was not included... I've been patiently waiting until June to come around and still nothing hahaha
