What are the HOTTEST buys as of right now? We have small collectors/Investors and we have Big collectors/Investors like Ed Mack, who probably has acres of massive storage units. Lol I was thinking 5 small sets, 5 medium sets, and 5 large sets....but they have to be on there way out or nearing E.O.L. Any thoughts let us know. Hope this will be a good topic!

Yep, both excellent choices. The Holiday sets are excellent investments on a smaller scale. I love the Winter Village subtheme and the small Holiday polybags are homeruns. The Holiday or "SEASONAL" sets are some of the best investments on a small scale in the LEGO world of investing. They are at the top of the CAGR theme chart.
