i would think so, my local TRU/ walmart/target have all been sold out of this set for at least a couple of month's by me. (usually not restocking is a sign of retiring )

Both this set and Captain America sets have been clearanced out of all the walmarts near me. I also noticed they were on sale at the Mejier stores in michigan when I was up there last week.

It's out of stock on Lego, target, walmart, and going for $20 on amazon.  It's not tagged as "retiring soon" on lego.com....what's the deal?

Yes, it`s on the way out. My local stores have marked them down and I bought a bunch cheap. They`ll be gone by the end of the year I`m going to say. 

Nice!  None of the stores around me (Walmart, Target) have the catcycle in stock.  

I noticed I have not seen them in any store this summer so I picked up 5 from target.com last week. Good timing I guess.

No. Its just temporarily out of stock but will be back by the end of November or early December.

I got most of mine for $5 so I certainly won't be dumping them.

Well, for all those that brought a lot, I hope it does go into EOL. However, at least now, you guys know that it will be back in stock by the end of November or early December. If someone here wants to email LEGO and ask them whether or not Catwoman will come back in stock, please do that. I want to see whether or not you get the same message as I did.
