This is the sort of spot to serve charcoal bun burgers for sure.

I remember having a late night food cart parked just outside our College campus, called Moon Doggies. damn, that place was such a hit after a night out drinking. Menu was insane.  The loaded tater tots, cheesy fries and double cheese burger explosion were the most popular menu items.  Unfortunately, they got shut down after one employee was caught giving out free food in exchange for ladies under garmets. He had quite the collection upon being discovered.  😆
