Hello all.

The May the 4th minifigure has been confirmed and it is the Hoth Han Solo as Huskers1236 posted yesterday. How many of you are happy or disappointed by this choice? If you could have chosen the exclusive minifigure which one would have you wanted?

Yesterday, I was feeling a bit disappointed in it, but now I am "meh" about it. It has a double faced head which I like, printed legs, the parka is decent, so I probably won't get it, but it still looks decent. Probably will increase in value but not as much as the chrome TC-14 from last year. No doubt the completists around here will get it just for the sake of getting them all!

As long as it stays a LIMITED and SHORT PRINTED minifigure it will be ok. When it shows up by the THOUSANDS by one ebay dealer, then I will be disappointed. (unless that dealer is me of course)

Fairly disappointed, but it is a freebie after all. I will check to see which specials are on, as well as see what the special Super Heroes minifigure will be. I have no real interest in picking one of these up.

If I saw this minifigure by itself without a description, I'm not sure if I'd recognize it. I'd be all like "What the F is this?" rather than "Oh, cool. A Hoth Han!"

Not disappointed by the figure per se... a little disappointed they picked Han, for which there are already quite a few models of.

Of course! It would be like the Chase McCain minifigure all over again!

I'm in for one. Two if the deals are good. The full parka face is sharp and it is a highly detailed minifigure. Not the best, but I would take one of these over a shadow arf trooper. That's just personal preference though because I've never really been interested in the Clone Wars.

Yes, it is a lame choice for a figure. We already have several Hoth Hans, this is just a more detailed variation. They should have done something like a 4-LOM, a force ghost Obi-Wan, or even an Aunt Beru at least would be something new, that we're not likely to ever get in a set.

Ha! Well I was just thinking of a minfig we'll probably never see in a set, so she would be a good pick as an exclusive. They could even put a young face/old face two-sided head on her, to cover both movie versions. ;)

LEGO Hoth Han May the 4th promo.  Keep it or flip it?

Just wondering since most of us seemed to get multiples of this Hoth Han Promo, are you keeping them, flipping them(not literally), or holding to sell later? I personally don't like this one as much as the TC-14 but it seems to be selling pretty well on EBAY. I already sold all 5 of mine (luckily one of my boxes had 2 in it so I have an extra). How bout you?

I only have one, so will keep it for a while. Will sell when I feel I can get $25-$30 for it (which I am guessing is not right now, I haven't looked).

I would keep one and sell the others at seperate times.

I am putting one Hoth Han under my pillow tonight so the Kenobi fairy comes and leaves me a lightsaber.
