If you can get them at a low price/decent price, I would just quick flip them since the margins of profit may not be worth it to hold them for a long time. The good thing about these is that they take up an extremely low amount of space and funds. Long term for these, I am pretty meh.

My yoda is pretty bashed up but I love him. As far as investing goes I'd be looking for a quick flip as well.

I fee like the keychains are cool to have on your keys...everyone has their favorite 1 or 2 they want to put on it. But for flipping, i feel as if its more of a pain than anything else. buy for 5 sell for 10 doesn't interest me enough

Agreed.

I also enjoy using them, but only if they can be gotten at a good price.

star wars, LOTR and a few others might be a ok investment, ie they might hit like $10 a piece but nothing crazy. Def wont see that for all keychains, just the good themed ones. I bought a few of the gandalf keychains onsaly for like $3.50 knowing they were already retied on LEGO Shop at Home online. Think they are selling for $10 on ebay, ill prob sell once they hit $20+ or i see the price has leveled off.
