May 11, 201312 yr Tonight at the Lego store the clerk swiped my VIP card and then goes "huh? I never seen that before!" yeah, my account showed a negative points balance. After a call to customer service, turns out my card was "out of sync." Lego will mail me a new card with what they say is the appropriate balance. But i don't know if they're right. Moral is, keep track of your VIP points.
May 13, 201312 yr This happened to my account too, I had over 8000 points and returned a $1000 order, then my balance was reduced to -619 points. I rang customer service and they had to start a new VIP account to fix it.... Strange, but the customer service was great.
