While I'm not a huge SuperHeroes fan, and don't really collect the sets, this is a really cool figure. I'm sure the game will be excellent as well.

For those that have done this before, what is the process? I remember people grabbing Chase Mcain (spelling?) figs with the pre-order and then not (obviously) getting all the games they ordered. I would very much like to do this, as this little guy smells like profit to me. Also, was this pre-order available in Canada last time? If not, I'd gladly head to a few Wally's across the border if I could grab some of these.

The exclusive Bilbo figure from Target Hobbit Combo pack is doing really well on ebay. Average is about $25 so I'd think these would be a great investment and a no brainer if you're interested in actually buying the game to play.

I'd love to snag buckets of Iron Patriot figures, but can't envision finding any use for multiple copies of the attendant game discs. I'll keep my eye out should these pop up for sale sans the game at a later date, but as it stands even if they soar to a tremendous height in the aftermarket I just don't see myself recouping the money let alone gaining a profit. Now, if I wanted a single copy of the game to play, had to have it on release day, and wanted a way to offset some of the cost the that figure would probably be the way to go.

How ridiculous that you can only get a key figure from the movie with the game. It would have made more sense to switch War Machine and Iron Patriot

The Iron-Patriot minifig looks awesome. Amazon deals not to shabby either. I am just wary of the Gamestop one. Seems like you have to pay $50+ for a Spidy keychain.

Walmart shows release date of 12/31/2013 while Amazon shows 10/31/2013. Wonder if Walmart just needs to update their system?

Great polybag; I`d order some, but have no use for the games nor the means to sell them off immediately quite yet. Have to pass for now.

When does the preorder actually open?

Only good preorder looks like walmart. $10 gift card is basically useless. If you want to save 10 bucks, just wait a couple of weeks and the game will be discounted. Key chain? Who wants a key chain.

I wonder how the process to preorder from Walmart would be like for this? If it is the same as how Chase McCain was at Target where you just purchase a preorder card with the polybag attached for a dollar, this will be a cinch. Even if they limit you to just "one per customer", all I need is one for my collection!

Will any of you guys stock up on the new Lego game to get this mini figure. I'm not really into these exclusives but man is this cool

The past Lego games have been ok but not really my cup of tea, better for the kids. I'm definitely not going to buy a 59.99 game to get a minifigure, though.

Especially not buying the game for the Iron Patriot. Rhodes is cool but War Machine is the hotness. And anyway the movie totally flipped that whole idea from the comics, where patriot was norman osborn and a totally evil dillweed. Still cooler than the American look at me patriot from the movie though. Lame.

I dig the look of the figure but won't be ordering the game. Will buy one or more off ebay when available unless I find a way around not purchasing the game.

I was going to get the game anyway. I figure if I get it in person before this comes, I'll just return the game. I'm sure they won't make me return the minifig too since it's my 'gift' for handing over $50 6 months in advance.
