I got a message from ebay saying that the listing for the Helm's Deep that i bought has been removed. The user is no longer a registered user now.. I can't believe that ebay actually appeared to do something about it. I am not upset about my transaction, I got an opener Helm's Deep for $71 shipped and the drop shipper got the boot from eBay...

Hi, just searched the forum and found this post which is very similar to my situation. I just received my eBay purchased today, it's shipped from Lego and now when I looked back on the original post, it had sacm written all over it. The seller posted the item was in Pennsylvania, and the buyer on the Lego invoice is in NY. I contacted Lego, the sales representative said it does look suspicious but said he can't do anything because their billing department did find anything wrong yet. And he wanted me to contact eBay and see what they say and call him back. So I tried to look for a way to report this to eBay but it always direct me to contact the seller first. What do I say to the seller??? What should I do at this point?? Is there a way to directly report to eBay? Thanks!!

It isn't so easy to find, but there is a contact phone number for eBay. You can talk directly to customer service, and they'll probably be able to help you out.
