Death Star II 10143, Anyone know where sticker sheet should be located?

Hi all,

I picked up a 10143 Death Star II open box but with the 4 inner boxes sealed, inside the open box was the following:

4 Inner Boxes, 

Instruction Book

A cardboard divider that looks like it is supposed to hold the instruction book. 

I have received conficting information as to where the sticker sheet is supposed to be.  Some have said it is inside the outer box but outside the inner boxes. 

Others have said it is inside the inner boxes. 

Also does anyone know where good info on a bag count for this set would be?  Information is rather lacking on a set of this age.
