When it comes to any "collection" I use the rule of 2 or 3.
I usually find this is the best way to get rid of a collection. Problem listing it all is usually bigger the lot the less you will make per set. But if you sell it all individuall, the less desirable pieces may not sell. So I like to group them in small groups to ensure everything will get bought, and so I ddon't limit my buyers with a giant lot and don't end up screwed because only one or two people are bidding.
I would keep them as sets grouped by theme. Just my 2 cents.
