I ordered in the past to many Lego bricks for free on the bricks and pieces website becouse all my marvel minifigures where broken. but not so much that I get banned… but then there was a glitch and my orders weren’t coming true becouse i ordered everything at once so I just ordered again and again and the system banned me, but not only for bricks and pieces, no also for ever buying Lego set in there site!! Yesterday I redeemed my vip points for a cool lego set and thee gone. The promo that i should get is already gone and I have no double vip points… they haven’t given my money back and they don’t answer my mails. But why would they ban me from their site? They said it’s permanent so now I just can’t order Lego for life. I was buying the Lego 10497 galaxy explorer and I was very exited but now I do t get in because they canceled my order. and i have no vip points

can i do something about it?

Your behavior would indicate something nefarious.  Call them and explain.  As long as you don't have a history of such behavior you may be able to get somewhere.
