Are these worth $1300

I'm debating to pick up below for $1300. Initially he asked for $1500

Sanctum sanctorum-sealed

Downtown Diner-first floor is built the rest is sealed

Lions knight castle-built the first bag the rest is sealed

Ninjago city gardens-about half built the rest is sealed 

Assembly square-sealed

Bookshop-I have two one is sealed the other one is built

Old fishing store

Medieval Blacksmith 

Police station 

Daily bugle

Haunted house

Boutique Hotel

Like maybe ten GWP that are still sealed and a couple speed chasers

All completes and have boxes.

    To build it's a no-brainer. To sell, you'd still make money but it might take a moment or the return won't be that great. Also depends a bit on the GWPs. If you get the HP ones and Forestmen’s Hideout, it's a much better deal.
