Not even an exclusive figure in the polybag! This, mixed with the fairly ho hum rendition of Han Solo for the May the Fourth promo, seems to show Lego has dropped the ball this year :(

I thought that particular polybag was just going to be another exclusive at Target or Toys R Us, but a promotional giveaway?! Dude, that both sucks & blows at the same time.

It is disappointing. They could have done an Iron Patriot fig, it would only require a different print. The Kent/Superman minifig that was with the DC would have even been happily accepted.

Hey yeah! Iron Patriot would have been sweet! I'm not sure how Lego would do it but the Hulk Buster armor would rule!

That's the thing, they could have at least given us a different variation of the suit. They are only up to like Mark 40 by Iron Man 3

Agreed. The Iron Man in this polybag is the same as in Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape. At least they could have put the one from Quinjet Aerial Battle since that was the more expensive of the two to get.

It would have made more sense to have the exclusive fig as War Machine and then throw Iron Patriot into the IM3 sets

Joking aside. It looks like I'll be getting rid of my lokis cosmic cube escape in favor of just picking up 50 worth of other Lego to get the ironman figure so that's kind of like a brightside.
