Out of curiousity is anyone insuring the packages being sent to the UK if sent via express mail but also listing it as a gift?

The crawler only accounts for 10% of the collection been collecting for many many years, And have the room to store unlike many people on here having to rent storage units, Doesn't that scare you not having them at arms reach ? plus whats the cost of a unit over 1 year ? aprox.

 

And can anyone explain why the Star Wars AT-AT Walker 8129 says limited edition on the box ? limited to what?

It was limited to what store it could be bought from like Stephen brought up it being a Toys R Us exclusive meaning only Toys R Us and Lego themselves could sell it. You would not (or at least should not) see it on the shelves of Target or Walmart.

That's because there's 200 for sale.  Back when there was 80-90 the price was 450.  Give it time.

I am giving it time. Just checking how the set is doing week by week. I think it will be a while until we see spectacular gains on this set.

Why is this thread still open?  Interest in 41999 has fallen through the floor and we're a year away at best before prices rise again.

If the thread wasn't open, how would someone be able to come in and ask why its open every 3 or 4 days.

I'm just glad that I, for one, am not contributing to the excess openness of this thread.
