I am almost as excited for this set as I was when I first saw the Haunted House pictures last year. This set is going to be a big hit in my opinion. I typically don't even like technic sets that much, but this set rocks!! Thanks to Brickextra for the pics!

It is a great plan. Auction prices in particular have dropped back. Certainly a good time to see those who panic sell (though they would still be making some profit)

interestingly enough - in the last 90 days, almost 1000 of these sold on Ebay. Thats a 20th of the total made.

 

I think its possible that 25% of these were resold and another 25% are stashed away.

I think it means getting the sets graded by the AFA, the Action Figure Authority.

I'll put it on the market when it gets to $500 CAD. $365 is the cheapest on Bricklink right now.
