I am almost as excited for this set as I was when I first saw the Haunted House pictures last year. This set is going to be a big hit in my opinion. I typically don't even like technic sets that much, but this set rocks!! Thanks to Brickextra for the pics!

Just got back from my local store...was able to buy 3 and got them sealed in original shipping box. $635.00. Just another day as a lego investor! Lol

This is like waiting for santa--he always starts down under and works his way west!  Going to grab 2 tonight at midnight in seperate orders, and pick the one up at lego store that is waiting for me saturday.  Can't wait--2 to invest--1 to build.

Makes you wonder how many of these will be available to the public if most of us are snapping them up.

Just stopped at my Lego store...two on the shelves...passed on them both

Picked up two from the Sherway Gardens location in Toronto. There were three or four left on the shelves.

Just got back from my lego store, and picked up 3 of the 41999 sets. They are very cool looking, and was able to get them in their original shipping box. - i was told by someone one the store i could only get 1, but when i went to check out, the lady behind the counter had no problem with me getting 3 - WIN!

 

SO....  How many were you able to get?

The Lego store I went to the guy is kind enough to let me buy 2.  And they ran out of hot dog stand... Sucks!!!  The box is really nice, however, because of the special surface, and it shows scratches very easily...

I would brag about it, you are lible to piss off some people.

I don't have LEGO store nearby...will shop online LEGO Shop at Home....limit 2. Thats my number for today....need to save some bitcoins for Tower Bridge....

They have always gone live at midnight est....on the dot. Though I still keep checking! How many lego stores are there worldwide? Multiplied by 10 sets each? Wondering how many were allocated initially for go live date. My store got 9....an it's smaller. Assume every store got 9 or 12. Legolands and discovery centers probably got 24 each.
