Great they are giving more fine tuned categories, but it also makes me nervous when a eBay says we’re “spotlighting Lego” [emoji51]

eBay just realized how much they f-ed up the CMF listings after the last update / category re-arrangements

When I got this email, I immediately thought it was to cut down on the number of fake/knockoff brands that work into searches for real LEGO.  Hope that's one goal they're trying to accomplish.

I've found ebay and TLG to be especially militant when it comes to minifigs. There are many brands of custom printed minifigs I sell. Nowhere in my listings is a mention of LEGO (nor do I market them as lego) and they do takedowns. I think the EU carved out for them a pretty generous trademark for mini figures.
