This has been on sale with TRU for $167 a few times, thats the best price I've seen so far.

Just picked up another one of these. I think it will definitely be a winning and will probably be retired soon!

My lego store is not ordering any more, they said they are getting ready for the crane, they said LEGO Shop at Home could sell them down the road.

I been getting a few of these from time to time, when TRU had there BOGO sale, and I won one on Ebay for $165 shipped, and he said he had 3 more he would sell to me for $160 each shipped, so I will have 9 of these. 6 weeks ago TRU had them for $209.99, now they are up to $219.99, now online they are $229.99. Retail price is $199.99 at Lego, so hopefully these will retire in December as thats a 2 year run. And I am sure TRU will raise the price again around Christmas. So if you can get one on ebay for $160-170 you should grab it.

Well I got lucky, I had a 10% off coupon from ebay, so I bought one for 171 total. Not too shabby. By the way, these are gone from ALL my local Lego and TRU stores, and tru's ebay site shows limited quantities available.

It is definitely on my radar when I see price drops!

don't you think 9398 4x4 will do well ?

or do you say this because you think 8110 wil go EOL before 9398?

The 4x4 is... disappointing. Even my 5 yr old says it is too weak. It really needs XL motors. But you're right, I mostly regret it because the unimog will retire first.
