Usually there are some sales and deals going on along with free shipping but what would you buy in order to get the free polybag at current msrp prices to reach 75.00? I have heard that it is a Han Solo fig. I don't want to believe it because that would be really lame. Just a rumor as of now. I would think we will see it soon as the promotion is about 6 weeks away.

I agree. Supposedly it's a Hoth figure since we don't have a proper Episode 5 Han yet, but I don't really have every SW minifig memorized to know if that's true or not.

I wouldn't mind another Han Solo but admittedly my expectations would be pretty high for them to come up with something that is really unique that hasn't been done already.

Chrome/Metalics minifigs have been the norm - I suppose they could do a tru metalic Carbonite minifig (but I don't think they will).

I think it is supposed to be when he's on the Tauntaun. Don't think we've ever had a Han with that getup. I could be wrong, I don't collect every minifig ever made. Personally, I hope it's a false rumor, as I look forward to this promotion and a Han Solo(outside of a chromed Carbonite) would be a letdown.

I think their is a both han solo in the Hoth echo base TRU exclusive. He has a huge parka on.....is that the one you are talking about?

There are currently 4 different versions of Han in the Hoth Gear with a Parka Hood that he wore while riding the Taun Taun. Not a lot of differences between the 4, but there are still plenty of Hoth Hans available that I doubt too many would be excited to see another one. A chrome Han in Carbonite sounds good though.

For the most part, yes. This came from someone that knew that the TC- 14 was last years giveaway, so they have been given some credit for saying what it was this year. Again, I hope they're wrong. Another Zam Wessel would be cool too.

That would be sweet! We haven't seen one of those since like 1999! Not sure if they would make a chrome one, but cool nevertheless. I don't think it will be a Han Solo figure because they already have Celebration Han Solo in a so-called "Exclusive" Character Encyclopedia. Having 2 exclusives of the same character doesn't work for me.

I agree that a person can blow past 75 pretty easily, I may make multiple purchases so I try to breach the 75.00 mark but not past it to minimize the overall cost of the minifigure.

Yeah, its normal for a thread to start out about a great deal, for example, then be arguing about the economy. Quite often, if you read enough posts.

Hm, with both the previous posts in mind. For the cost I imagine it takes to make a minifigure I think in either instance the molds have been made so why not throw a freebie out there to promote more buying. It works!
